We don’t claim to have the ultimate path—only a path walked with sincerity, care, and curiosity. If you seek clarity, calm, and deeper connection in body, mind, and daily life, we are here to walk alongside you.
Drawn by a lifelong fascination with martial arts and their benefits to both our physical and mental well-being, I moved to China in 2005. For nearly two decades now, I have been immersed in the intensive study and practice of Taijiquan and Qigong, also earning a degree in Physical Education and Chinese Martial Arts from the Shanghai University of Sport and competing in tournaments nationwide.
I was deeply fortunate when I came to China to meet Master Xie Yelei, the university’s lead instructor in Taijiquan and Qigong and a revered figure in the Chinese martial arts community. And after years of intensive mentorship, I was honored to be named his successor and recognized as a fourth-generation inheritor of the Hong lineage of Chen-style Taijiquan.
For many years now, it has been my goal to help others discover the transformative power of Taijiquan and Qigong that I myself have experienced, and help them find their path to self cultivation and mental clarity.
My journey into wellness began in the realm of conventional medicine, within the bustling environment of hospitals and advanced research labs. I dedicated myself to clinical practice and pharmaceutical innovation, deeply respecting the remarkable capabilities of modern science. Yet, through these experiences, I also encountered its inherent limitations, especially when addressing pervasive challenges such as chronic illness, persistent fatigue, anxiety, and emotional well-being.
This realization prompted me to explore the profound wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)—a tradition that had quietly been a part of my life, though never fully embraced until then. Guided by inspiring teachers and mentors across China, I immersed myself in a healing philosophy that doesn't aim to control or combat disease, but rather to cultivate balance and vital energy within. It’s a philosophy centered on nurturing life and fostering holistic wellness, far beyond mere symptom management.
Today, I am passionate about sharing practical, TCM-inspired lifestyle practices. These simple, seasonal, and deeply effective methods are designed to help you gently reconnect with your body, your breath, and the inherent rhythms of life, empowering you to cultivate a deeper sense of harmony and lasting well-being.
